Do I need a GP referral to see an osteopath?
No, you can book directly with Harriet Yeoman Osteopathy without a GP referral. However, should we feel further tests are needed such as MRI scanning, we can refer directly and quickly and can also liaise with your GP when necessary.
Is osteopathy covered by health insurance?
We are registered with most insurance companies but some require a GP referral, so it’s best to check your policy.
How much does an osteopathy session cost?
An initial consultation costs £65 and includes a full case history, examination, diagnosis, and treatment (45–60 minutes). Follow-up sessions cost £55 and include review of progress, treatment, and advice (30–40 minutes).
What conditions can osteopathy treat?

Your First Visit

Please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a registration form. The initial consultation involves a full medical history and physical examination. We will work out a treatment plan and give advice on pain relief, exercise, and posture.

Pricing & Payment

Initial consultation: £65. Subsequent sessions: £55. Payment is required after each visit. We accept card payments, cash, or cheques.
